Submission Guidelines:
  • We accept news/press releases from organizations and businesses.

  • All submissions which contain a copyright notice or reprint restrictions will be rejected.

  • We will not accept news/releases which read as a personal letter, poster/flyer, events listing, list of links, or advertisement.

  • News/Press releases must be worded so as not to libel or slander any individual or entity.

  • All press releases are reviewed by the editorial staff. All text must be submitted in the English language.

  • Remove all formatting (bold, italics, fonts). Do not double space. Skip one line between paragraphs. Do not indent lines.

  • Web addresses should be written as http://www.outinamerica.com without angle brackets or HTML commands. The system will automatically link the URL.

  • News/Press releases will appear on the Out In America Cities Network and are distributed to our network of subscribing media outlets.
